Tic Tac Toe Game Rules

- Winning the Game: The player who succeeds in placing three of their marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row wins the game.
- No Winner (Tie Game): If all 9 squares are filled and neither player has 3 marks in a row, the game is a tie.
- Strategy: Players should focus on creating a line of three marks while also blocking their opponent's attempts to do the same. It often involves strategic placement and anticipation of the opponent's moves.
- Game End: The game ends when one player wins by connecting a line of three marks or if all squares are filled without a winner (tie).
- Replay: After the game concludes, players can choose to play again, often switching who starts first.
